Click on the Recharge tab to bring up the Recharge Screen (Fig.1).

Recharge allows :

• the teller to enter an amount to recharge between :
  • 0.10 and $50.00 in 1c increments for Econet
  • 0.50 and $50 in 50c increments for Telecel
  • $1.00 and $50 in $1 increments for NetOne and Africom
• The number to recharge or send pins to (network is automatically detected).
• The teller must confirm by re-entering their password once they have confirmed with the customer that their number is correct and the amount is correct.
• The Recharge Log will show the progress with that transaction and the results of the previous transactions.
