My Account (Fig.1) shows the basic information for the user:

  • Can change their own password, recommended monthly, or if suspect someone else knows it.
  • Shows the managers or teller if they need to top-up their account by requesting a funds transfer from the central branch.
  • Managers only will see the Add/Edit Teller users of this Account.

This is only available to the manager. Click on the Add/Edit Teller users of this Account to bring up the Access Screen (Fig.2).

Managers can :

  • add new tellers
  • edit existing tellers, including resetting their password
  • delete/disable tellers for when they are leaving the company or re-locating to another branch
  • “undelete” a teller if they have returned to a branch

New Access or Editing an existing Access

  • Access Type - internet or mobile Internet access is standard for all tellers, allowing them access from their desktops. As the company relies on other online transfer systems, this is expected to be the normal way of communicating. For a backup or to enable offline transactions, it is possible to give cell phone access to HOT Recharge allowing the SMSing of transactions (see using SMS to transact. This is not normally recommended for the company unless it finds it is having internet connectivity issues at branches.

Show Deleted

Allows the manager to undelete tellers if necessary.
